I bought this product for my mother who suffers from celiac disease. She has a hard time finding products that are gluten-free that keep her regular. I myself am a Hyperbiotics fan for their other products and so I decided to buy Pro Bifido for my mother. Let me just tell you! WOW! My mom said her digestion and energy have increased exponentially after taking it. Her mood has also improved (I'm being cautiously optimistic lol). Now my dad (who's 55) has started taking it too and he says he feels great! We are hooked! I highly recommend you try it!
Helped me with weight loss & food allergies

feel that this is helping me lose some of my belly fat---after all, this is the "skinny gut bacteria." It is what enables all those skinny people to eat all they want and not gain weight!
In addition, I developed a histamine issue, which created food allergies (due to being exposed to toxins while fasting). It was awful as I was itching all night and couldn't sleep. Part of the solution, I found online, is to take a bunch of bifidobacteria. So I got this and it really helped. It helps reduce intestinal inflammation. I also backed off on histamine foods (some which contain histamine, and some which produce it). I was happy to get this in exchange for an honest review.

Unexpected but noticeable improvement

I take probiotics regularly and was honestly not expecting to notice any change when taking this product. My Bifidobacterium count is low and I know this from a micro biome test that I had. I was expecting other probiotics to handle that issue. So, after the first day of taking this, I started to get some energy that I haven't had in a really long time. I did not change anything else in my supplement regime. After two days of taking this, I noticed that I was becoming even more regular and my plumbing was moving along super easily. After the third day, it became obvious that this product is helping me a lot by rebuilding Bifido. I am super surprised, as I always thought that a well-balanced pro-biotic was the thing I needed. I will be continuing to take this and will probably alternate every other day with my regular probiotic. Five stars.

Less time in the bathroom for my dad

My father spends a long time in the bathroom. A very long time. We tried a lot of things, the fiber gummies, the yogurt drinks, the metamucil but nothing seemed to help him enough. The doctor told him he also needed to be on top of his colon health, we lost a cousin to colon cancer last year. I figured this would be something good to try. He was skeptical but after about a week he really started to notice a difference. He said he has less heartburn also. He spends a lot less time in the bathroom for sure. I am not sure how it works or why it works but it works better than the fiber things we tried. I don't have to keep asking and reminding him to take them. I just leave the bottle by the coffee maker. I received this product discounted in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I recommend this for all seniors it is important for colon health and immunity.
Work & Good For All Ages IMO

I have been taking these for a few days and I noticed a decent change in my digestive process. I was having some stomach troubles with pains n things. I have noticed them going away and my whole "process" seems smoother. I have not tried any probiotics before this one. I would say these are beneficial to people of all ages, because I am NOT 55+. I think the quality of these is decent and it's interesting that these aren't in a capsule. I will take these until gone and update my review accordingly. I do keep these in the fridge, just because that's my preference!
Great for FODMAPs sensitivity. Try it if you liked Align. I can eat salsa again!

I've found that B. infantis and possibly B. bifidum are extremely helpful for my FODMAP sensitivity. I'm personally sensitive to garlic, onions, and legumes. So if you have the same food intolerances I would recommend this probiotic pretty highly. I've been able to put salsa and premade salad dressing back in my diet; I thought I'd never be able to eat them again.
The other probiotic I've tried and liked was Align: I like this one at least as well. Align is entirely B infantis, while this one is several strains of bifido bacterium.
