As much as I want to give you all of the details of my bowel movements, I'll spare you. Suffice to say that this, paired with a little fiber therapy (if you need it) will make you awesomely regular. The quality of your time on the throne will also be much quicker and more enjoyable. Highly recommended, will buy again.

i have taken a half dozen different brands of probiotics. this one is tops. i like that it has both a probiotic and a prebiotic, and that it not only helps the good bacteria to grow, but also helps to kill off the bad stuff. as an added bonus, it doesn't need to be refrigerated!

This product is amazing. I don't know where to begin. I have had stomach problems my entire life. IBS, lactose intolerance and ridiculous irregularity. Within 2 weeks I noticed a change for the better and within a month I was regular, no stomach problems AT ALL and after 20 years of being lactose intolerant, I can now eat dairy with NO PROBLEM! I have tried many probiotics over the years with some relief and improvement, but this product is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about it. I take 2 every evening with my vitamins and life is good! Amazing <3
