Excellent choice for a probiotic

We purchased this product several weeks ago as a substitute for a store brand probiotic that was considerably more expensive for a lower biotic count. My wife has frequent intestinal problems and we are very pleased with how well the Gaia Source helps control them. We would recommend this to anyone who uses probiotics, or who has stomach & intestinal complaints and could use some natural bio-system help.

Prior to this product I was using another one for 4 weeks, with 10 Strains, 5 Billion CFU. It was OK, but required more to take pills. This has more CFU, hence I need just one pr two pills per day.
Bloating is decreased. stomach comfort level is up. Not sure which product contributes to that more, probably both. However this one is a little better bang for a buck. We will see how it performs after several months.
I would recommend this product to anyone not yet taking probiotics. They do help. As far as comparison with others try a few and find your own, as it maybe a personal choice.

I bought this product looking to improve my unique digestive system (I say unique, as I do not have a colon). With Amazon Prime, the product arrived right on time. I was excited to try it out. The capsules are easy to swallow, as they have no taste and are not too large. Probiotics are a wonderful way to keep your digestive system functioning properly, and they promote all-around health. This is a great product that I would highly recommend everyone should own and take!

Highly recommend GAIA SOURCE- Probiotic Capsules

First tried probiotics after having oral surgery; the dentist gave me an antibiotic which caused sever diarrhea. Nothing worked until I tried Culturelle. It finally stopped the diarrhea. It is expensive however and so discontinued buying it. Then, quite recently, I read an article about gut health and inflammation and sugar cravings, etc. It stated in the research that an unhealthy gut can cause many health problems and even lead perhaps to intestines leaking into the blood and other parts of the human body.
It was then that I found research on "stored on the shelf' probiotics and the correct amount of probiotics the body actually needs to be effective. This then led me to more information about live probiotics that are kept alive in the refrigerator vs. those bought off the shelf. In my further research online I found GAIA SOURCE- Probiotic Capsules. The price being affordable and the reviews I read about the product made me decide to try the brand. On my second bottle and feel wonderful. No more stomach upset, bloating and gas after meals and plan to continue taking the product as a daily regiment along with my vitamins, etc. Very satisfied with this probiotic and highly recommend it.

I need to take probiotics because I have something wrong in my stomach from a recent course of antibiotics (and from other courses of antibiotics in the past and to be honest, from eating a bad diet with too much sugar and processed foods). It's terrible because it makes my breath bad from the inside, not simply something I can remedy by brushing and flossing my teeth. I searched for probiotics at Amazon because I live out in a rural area and although we have a Rite Aid nearby I wanted to find something that looked like it would help me.
Good brand of probiotics. I recommend it.

I decided to try this one because the product seemed of good quality. It is. I have been taking the recommended dose each day for a little over a week and I can feel it helping. It's going to take time to remedy the problem since it took a long time to create the imbalance, but I can tell the Gaia probiotics are helping because I don't have that terrible feeling in my stomach since I started taking them and my breath in slowly improving. I plan to continue taking this particular product until the issue is cleared up.
